Refund and Returns Policy


We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise.
If you wish to return an item, the goods must be new, unused, and returned with all original labeling attached within:

  • 7 days of receiving the goods (for domestic/Japan orders)
  • 14 days of receiving the goods (for international orders)

Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, excluding SALE items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
All returned items must be UNUSED, and in their original packaging (if applicable).

LIFEXP reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item that is returned in used or damaged condition.
Only items confirmed as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used or have had tags removed.

We strongly advise all customers to inspect all items carefully upon delivery before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may choose whether they would like an exchange or a refund:

  • Exchanges may only be made for the same item and are subject to availability.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the item’s purchase cost, which is the total value of the order excluding any taxes, duties, and shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Handling charges are non-refundable.
  • International customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at info@knotta.jp when you receive your package.
We will send you return instructions. Please include your original receipt and the return/exchange form that came with your order.
Returns without the original receipt and form cannot be accepted.


LOCAL (Japan) Returns/Exchanges

  1. Email us at info@lifexp-japan.com as soon as you receive your package to inform us about your return or exchange request.
  2. (For exchanges, we will confirm item availability.)
  3. Pack and seal the items securely in their original packaging, including the original receipt and completed return/exchange form.
  4. Each returned item will undergo a quality control check.
  5. Once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Credit/Debit Card Returns (Japan):
If you paid by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days for the value of the returned items.
Although initial delivery is free of charge, return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.


INTERNATIONAL Returns/Exchanges

  1. Email us at info@lifexp-japan.com as soon as you receive your package to inform us about your return or exchange request.
  2. (For exchanges, we will confirm item availability.)
  3. Pack and seal the items securely in their original packaging, including the original receipt and completed return/exchange form.
  4. Send your return to the following address:

(We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.)
Each returned item will undergo a quality control check.
Once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed in the same payment format within 30 days of the return date.


International Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original credit/debit card for the value of the returned items.
  • Customers must bear the cost of return shipping.

International Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and shipping costs for new items.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days, along with the original receipt and return/exchange form.


Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order via email before the order is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible β€” however, you may still proceed with a return or exchange following the process above.

Out-of-Stock Items

While we strive to maintain sufficient inventory, certain items may occasionally sell out.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
In the event of a partial order, LIFEXP will ship the available items and remove the out-of-stock items from your order.
Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
